Download VMware Protection and Recovery (VMware Live site Recovery) or Site Recovery Manager

Issue/Introduction

This article outlines the step-by-step instructions in downloading the VMware Protection and Recovery 9.1 and above

And older versions of Live Recovery 9.x, Site Recovery Manager 8.x.

Note: Only if you have an active entitlement for VMware Protection and Recovery, you will be entitled to download VMware Protection and Recovery or Live Recovery and Site Recovery Manager.

Environment

• VMware Live Recovery 9.x
• Site Recovery Manager 8.x
• VMware Protection and Recovery 9.1 and above

Resolution

Your profile should be associated with a Site that has an active entitlement for VMware Protection and Recovery.

• Login to Broadcom Support Portal
• From the left navigation menu, select My Downloads. (Note: My Downloads section will list all the products that you are entitled for)
• Select VMware Protection and Recovery (9.1 and above)
• Click the software version that you want to download.

• Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click and view both terms and conditions links. Then, you can click the download icon to download the software.

Note that VMware Protection and Recovery will only include the versions from 9.1 and above.

If you are looking to download the versions like 9.0, please refer the instructions below

• Login to Broadcom Support Portal
• From the left navigation menu, select My Downloads.
• Select VMware Live Recovery Manager. (or search for Live Recovery in search tab)
• Click the software version that you want to download.

• Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click and view both terms and conditions links. Then, you can click the download icon to download the software.

If you are looking to download the older versions like 8.8, please refer the instructions below

• Login to Broadcom Support Portal
• From the left navigation menu, select My Downloads.
• Select VMware Site Recovery Manager. (or search for Site Recovery in search tab)
• Click the software version that you want to download.

• Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click and view both terms and conditions links. Then, you can click the download icon to download the software.
