Download VMware Live site Recovery or Site Recovery Manager

Issue/Introduction

This article outlines the step by step instructions in downloading the VMware Live Recovery versions 9.0 or later and older versions of Site Recovery Manager 8.8.

Note: Only if you have an active entitlements for VMware Liver Recovery, you will be entitled to download VMware Live Recovery or/and Site Recovery Manager.

Environment

• VMware Live Recovery 9
• Site Recovery Manager

Resolution

Your profile should be associated with a Site that has an active entitlements for VMware Live Recovery.

• Login to Broadcom Support Portal
• From the left navigation menu, select My Downloads. (Note: My Downloads section will list all the products that you are entitled for)
• Select VMware Live Site Recovery. (or search for Live Recovery in search tab)
• Click the software version that you want to download.

• Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click and view both terms and conditions links. Then, you can click the download icon to download the software.

Note that VMware Live Recovery will include the versions from 9.0 and later. If you are looking to download the older versions like 8.8, please refer the instructions below

• Login to Broadcom Support Portal
• From the left navigation menu, select My Downloads.
• Select VMware Site Recovery Manager. (or search for Site Recovery in search tab)
• Click the software version that you want to download.

• Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click and view both terms and conditions links. Then, you can click the download icon to download the software.
