NSX Dashboards Show No Data in VMware Aria Operations for Logs

Issue/Introduction

NSX dashboards show no data in Aria Operations for logs. Logs are being successfully forwarded to Aria Operations, but no data is displayed in the expected dashboards.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x 

VCF Operations 9.0

Resolution

This issue has been identified as a software anomaly affecting the content pak integration. At present, the fix is not planned for the current architecture

The recommended course of action is to upgrade the environment to version 9.1.0.0.

In version 9.1.0.0, the content pak architecture has been deprecated, and the dashboards are now integrated directly into the Management Pak. This design change eliminates the dependency on content pak integration and resolves the dashboard display issue.
