CAYTF02 and CAYTF12 only producing empty USS directories on install

Issue/Introduction

Installing the last workflow for Datacom/AD 15.1 and after implementing CAYTF02 (superceded by CAYTF12), no data is showing in the USS directories that were created in the workflow. Why is there no data in  /../dbsrv, /../dbsrv/bin, & /../dblrv/lib?

Datacom Server is no longer an optional FMID. The new packaging of Datacom Server 15.1 requires an additional step to deploy the code to USS zFS. The product is no longer delivered directly to a zFS via SMP/E. Execute either of the new INSTJCL members ADYTUSSA and ADYTUSSB in the following list.

• INSTJCL member ADYTUSSA is a JCL member that creates a new ZFS (using Unix scripting language) and populates it with Datacom Server
   elements.
• INSTJCL member ADYTUSSB is a JCL member that creates a new directory in existing ZFS and populates it with Datacom Server
   elements.
