This article is explain if we can migrate the vSphere Replication appliance to a different vCenter.

Resolution

Cross vCenter migration of the VR appliance is not a supported option.

The VR appliance stores its configuration and replication metadata in a database that is mapped specifically to the original vCenter's Managed Object Reference (MoRef) IDs.

The appliance is registered as an extension in the original vCenter's Lookup Service. Moving the VM to a new vCenter does not update this registration; the new vCenter will not recognize the appliance as its replication manager.
