Incorrect Username or Password when logging in to the Log Management break glass UI

Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to log in to the break glass UI as the admin user results in error Incorrect Username or Password
• VCF Operations for Logs was upgraded to Log Management 9.1 and the same admin user password that was set in VCF Operations for Logs is not working for the Log Management UI

Environment

Log Management 9.1

Cause

The only user account that is allowed to access the Log Management break glass UI is the VCF Management Services break glass user [email protected]

Resolution

Log in to the Log Management break glass UI with the username [email protected] (the useraname admin will also work) and the password for the VCF Management Services break glass user [email protected]
