Issue/Introduction

All command jobs on a newly installed WA Agent fail with the following error:

 

CAUAJM_I_40245 EVENT: CHANGE_STATUS STATUS: FAILURE JOB: xxxxxxxx.0150.110 MACHINE: yyyyyyyy EXITCODE: 1314 

<Insufficient privileges>

User running the job (owner filed in the job definition) is a member of the local Administrators group on the Windows Agent and UAC is not enabled on the Windows Agent.

 

Environment

Workload Automation Agent 11.3.x, 12.x

Cause

Problem was caused by WA Agent service running under a domain account.

Resolution

Modify the WA Agent service to run under the local system account and restart the Agent service.
