Task Dates Overwritten Despite Manual Input when "Set new Task Start and Finish Dates using Parent or Investment Dates" is enabled

Issue/Introduction

When the system option "Set new Task Start and Finish Dates using Parent or Investment Dates" is enabled, in MUX a user can not create a task with the dates he wishes. They are always overwritten by the investment dates

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Classic > Administration > General Settings > System Options
2. New user Experience section > Enable the "Set new Task Start and Finish Dates using Parent or Investment Dates" option
3. MUX > Administration > Blueprints > Create a copy of the project blueprint
4. Edit the blueprint > Modules > Select the Tasks module > Enable the Create Dialog option
5. On the grid / timeline view create a task using the + sign
6. Task start and finish dates default to investment start and finish. This is correct 
7. User the New Task button to create a task
8. Populate the Task Name and Start and Finish dates of your choice

Expected Results: The dates entered by the user to be respected 
Actual Results: The dates chosen by the user are overwritten by the investment dates
