Relationship Explorer Throws API-1003 Error: Could Not Find Resource rdResources

Issue/Introduction

When clicking on the Relationship Explorer, the application throws an API-1003 error with the message: “Could not find resource rdResources.” This issue prevents the Relationship Explorer from loading successfully and may indicate a missing or inaccessible resource dependency. Further investigation is required to validate resource availability and configuration.

Pre-requisite: 

  • Enable Resource Directory: Relationship Explorer feature toggle
  • Run Job Refresh Resource Directory

Steps to Reproduce 

  1. Login to Clarity Mux with appropriate rights 
  2. Navigate to Resource directory
  3. Right-click on a required tile badge and select Explore Relationships from the action menu to see the relationships between Investment Managers and their teams.

Expected Results: The relationship explorer indicator displays the number of resources working with these managers. 

Actual Results: No relationship indicators are shown and below error is seen
