Issue/Introduction

During upgrade, the DX UIM installer gives a warning that insufficient memory is available.

The warning indicates that 2GB is required, but less than 2GB is available.

Checking the memory usage on the machine, it appears that DX UIM components are using around 15GB of the available memory on the system.

Environment

DX UIM - 23.4.x
16GB RAM on Primary Server

Cause

Insufficient Memory

The DX UIM 23.4 sizing requirements documentation indicates that a minimum of 32GB RAM are needed for the DX UIM Primary Server in a "Small" deployment.

Resolution

Increase the memory allocated to the DX UIM Primary Server to 32GB to meet the minimum requirements.
