The following error message is displayed within the AutoSys Administrator Alarm Tab:
Cannot find key=CAUAJM_ADMIN_00601 in the resource bundle
Environment:
Product: AutoSys Workload Automation
Platform: Windows
Version: 24.2 (or any supported release experiencing resource bundle mismatches)
Messages indicating "Cannot find key=<> in the resource bundle" typically point to either an insufficient user permission level or a version mismatch between the executing binary file and the corresponding message resource files located in the $AUTOSYS/messages/autosys directory.
Verify Permissions: Right-click autosysadmin.exe and select "Run As Administrator" to launch the utility with elevated privileges. This helps determine if administrative permissions are a limiting factor.
Replace Resource Files: If the error persists, inspect the message files located in the $AUTOSYS/messages/autosys/ directory:
en.res
en_US.res
root.res
If these resource files are corrupted or mismatched, replace them with healthy files copied from a secondary Windows host running the exact same version of AutoSys (e.g., AutoSys 24.2) that does not exhibit this error.
CRITICAL NOTE: Stop all AutoSys services and active binaries on the local host before attempting to overwrite or replace any of the resource files mentioned above.
