Getting an FA8 abend on a Librarian Master File that is RACF protected when using Elips. 

 

 

 

Environment

Release: 4.4 

Resolution

This error is most likely caused because Librarian has not been initialized.  To resolve this: 

 

1. Verify CALJLINK library is in the LINKLIST and is APF authorized. 

2. Verify Librarian V4.4 has been initialized via CAS9.
