Symptoms:
Customer can only see a limited list of versions (e.g., ESXi 8.0 u3) but not the latest update or specific build.
The download icon is missing or the desired version is not listed under the entitled products.
Customer confirms license is active and not expired, but portal visibility is restricted.

Cause

Categorization: Major ISO releases are located under the Products tab, while patches and minor updates are under the Solutions tab.
