SDDC Manager 9.1 upgrade fails but UI shows upgrade as successful

Issue/Introduction

SDDC Manager/VCF Ops UI reports, "SDDC Manager has been successfully upgraded"

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1

Cause

The SDDC UI incorrectly identifies the SDDC Manager as upgraded to 9.1

Resolution

1. Identify the cause of the SDDC Manager upgrade
   
   Review - /var/log/vmware/vcf/lcm/thirdparty/upgrades/#########-####-####-####-###########/sddcmanager-migration-app/logs/sddcmanager_migration_app_upgrade.log
   
   
2. Retry the SDDC manager upgrade from the SDDC Manager UI > Workload Domains > Updates > Plan Patching > Select SDDC Manager 9.1 > Start a new upgrade
