Issue/Introduction

A user is subscribed to a flex report  and expects to receive it as a CSV attachment. However, they receive a download link instead of the attachment, even when the report size is very small, which is well below the standard attachment size threshold.

Resolution

The issue is typically caused by a configuration setting within the Flex report. Please make sure "Enable aggregation" is enabled.
