How to Check the Version of Workspace ONE Access (VMware Identity Manager) from the UI

Issue/Introduction

This article provides instructions on how to find the product version and build number using the Workspace ONE Access Administration Console UI.

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

Resolution

1. Log in to the Workspace ONE Access (VMware Identity Manager) user portal.
2. Click your user profile in the top-right corner and select Administration Console.
3. In the Administration Console, click the Dashboard dropdown menu on the top navigation bar and select System Diagnostics Dashboard.
4. In the detailed status pane (the lower section of the page), scroll down to the Configurator - Application Deployment Status section.
5. Check the Appliance Version row to find the exact version and build number.

Additional Information

You can also find the Version and Build Number displayed at the very bottom (footer) of any page within the Administration Console.
