Rally TAG Field Value Sync Failure and Duplicate Story Creation (ConnectAll).

Issue/Introduction

In ConnectAll, sometimes rally "Tag" field value not flowing to Jira side, creating duplicate stories in Rally.

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create a new Unidirectional automation between Jira and Rally.
• Configure Label and Tag value mapping along with basic field mapping.
• Sync record.

 

Expected Results: 

Tag Name should sync to Jira Label field.

 

Actual Results:

Sync fails and throw below error message in logs

due to the error com.go2group.connectall.config.model.exception.ConnectAllRecordCreateException: Value(s) not found in the JSON string for key:_tagsNameArray.Name
