DWH: Staff is missing for inactive investments

Issue/Introduction

Summary: When an investment is inactive, Staffing records are missing from Data Warehouse (DWH).  Data remains as expected in Clarity across the Investment Staff module, the Staffing workspace and the Resources workspace. 

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate in Clarity to Reports, Data Providers
2. Look at a Data Provider for Staff across Investments and confirm you can see staffing data for ACTIVE  Investments
3. Deactivate one of the Active Investments
4. Run 'Load Data Warehouse' job
5. Go back to the Data Provider for Staff across Investments and confirm you can see staffing data for INACTIVE Investments

Expected Results: The Staff records should appear in reporting for Inactive Investments. 

Actual Results: The Staff records are missing in DWH and therefore do not show in the Data Provider.

Resolution

Working as Designed. Caused by user-error; not realizing the data provider has a Pre-Filter. 

Resolution: The Data Provider, copied from the sample 'Staff across Investments', has a Pre-Filter defined to only show Staff for ACTIVE Investments.
