Unable to uninstall the WSS/ESA Agent. Error: "Please enter the uninstall password" during WSS Agent removal

Issue/Introduction

When I tried to uninstall the ESA Agent, I received the message "Please enter the uninstall password" and was unable to uninstall it. The screenshot is below is from the ESA but the error you will get is exactly same in WSS agent as well

Cause

The ESA agent is protected from unauthorized uninstallation by the administrator's setting "Require a password to uninstall the agent."

Resolution

If uninstallation is absolutely necessary, please contact your CloudSWG administrator. The Admin should have the Uninstall password
