Task ETCs Do Not Update When Assignment ETCs Are Modified

Issue/Introduction

When an Assignment's ETC is updated within the Details pane, the Task's Per-Period Metrics do not automatically update to reflect the new values.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Clarity.

2. Navigate to the Task Workspace (Note: This behavior is also present in the Tasks Module of a Project).

3. Configure the ETC as a Per-Period Metric using Monthly periods for the current year.

4. Select a Task that ends on a specific date (e.g., October 31, 2026) and has resources assigned to it.

5. Open the Details pane and configure the ETC Per-Period Metric with Monthly periods for the current year.

6. Modify the ETC of the assigned resource for a specific month (e.g., June 2026) to a new value.

7. Close the Details pane.

Expected Result: The ETC is updated correctly on the Task's Per-Period Metrics.

Actual Result: The Task ETC remains unchanged and is not updated.
