Issue/Introduction

We would like to inquire if there are options available for controlling or limiting user views. Additionally, we are interested in knowing if there are any reports available regarding the usage of these views. 

Resolution

- View Governance (Public vs. Private):

By default, users can create and save personal (private) views. However, the ability to Publish a view—making it a Public View available to other users—is governed strictly by specific access rights (e.g., Page - Edit - All or Modern UX blueprint configuration permissions).

- Report Usage Views:

Regards to View usage we do not have any Portlet or Jaspersoft based reports, however we have a Administration > Views in the Modern UX.

Function:

This area allows administrators to manage and configure system views, manage filters, and share specific layouts with all users. you can also export to csv format.
