When will the monthly report send out by CA Performance Center?

Issue/Introduction

Introduction:

User would like to send out the recurring email schedule report on CA Performance Center (CAPC) dashboard.  

This can be done through Email Dashboard window by selecting Scheduling interval to Send Monthly. 

 

Question:

When will the monthly report send out by CA Performance Center?

 

Environment:  

CA Performance Center 2.4.0 and above.

 

Answer: 

By default, the monthly report will send out on the first Sunday of each month at 01:00 in the time zone of the CAPC machine.

The report will contain the previous 30 days data.

For the same token, the quarterly report will send out on the first Sunday of each quarter at 01 :00 in the the zone of the CAPC machine.
