Issue/Introduction

You need to enable Frictionless Cost Accounting (FCA) within your environment to facilitate seamless data integration and cost management between Rally and Clarity. This is often required during a proof of concept (POC) to ensure proper communication between environments.

Resolution

Broadcom Support enables Frictionless Cost Accounting (FCA) for your Rally environment upon receiving approval from the Product Owner.

To complete this request, follow these steps:

1. You identify the specific need that FCA is required. 
2. You confirm with your Broadcom Software Engineer (SE) or other Broadcom technical contact that the Clarity-Rally connection is properly set up and configured for the environment.
3. You open a support case with Broadcom and provide the Broadcom contact for confirmation.
4. Broadcom Support coordinates with the Product Owner to obtain the necessary authorization.
5. Once approved, the Broadcom technical team enables the FCA feature for your tenant.
