Service offering usage is showing Internal Server Error intermittently

Issue/Introduction

In Tanzu Hub v10.4 when trying to view usage in Tanzu Hub Marketplace --> Service Offerings --> AI Models on Tanzu Platform the dashboard is showing Internal Server Error. 

This is intermittent issue.

Environment

Tanzu Hub v10.4

Cause

This issues occurs due to the time it takes to load the data. In this versions timeout for the graphql request is set to 30sec and if the graphql request is taking longer, then Internal Server Error is shown instead of the data. This issue can be intermittent and if the request will succeed in less than 30sec, data will be presented in the dashboards. So users may observe data shown for one dashboard but not the other.

Resolution

The fix for this bug is planned for Tanzu Hub v10.5 (June patch).
