Resolution

Domain transfers involve moving a domain from one customer account to another.
You can no longer submit domain transfer requests directly in the portal.

NOTE : You must open a Customer Care case and provide all required details manually to transfer a domain.
Before contacting Support, prepare the following information to help ensure your request is handled quickly and accurately. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Requester Details
Customer name*
The name of the organization requesting the domain transfer.
Account ID*
The account ID of the organization requesting the domain transfer.
User requesting*
Your portal user ID.
Contact email address*
Your email address.
Contact telephone number*
Your telephone number.

Transfer From/To
Transfer direction
Transfer a domain
FROM
Source account name* and Source account ID* to Destination account name* and Destination account ID*.

OR

Transfer a domain
TO
Destination account name* and Destination account ID* from Source account name* and Source account ID*.
The
source account
is the account that is the current owner of the domain being transferred. The
destination account
is the account to which the domain is transferred. If the source account and destination account are associated with the same organization, then no email approval is required for the transfer. If the domain is transferred between two accounts in the same organization, any registered email addresses can be retained.

Before you submit a request to transfer a domain from another account to your account, obtain permission from the source account. An authorized contact from the source account must send an email to you so that you can provide a copy of this email to Support when you make your request. The email must quote the domain name in the subject line and provide written authorization of the transfer request.
Domain Details
Domain name*
The name of the domain being transferred.
Required transfer date
The requested date of the domain transfer. Note that Support requires a minimum of 3 business days to complete a domain transfer.
Inbound route
Specify whether to keep existing inbound route configuration or provide a new primary inbound route.
You can choose to keep your existing inbound route configuration, or provide a new inbound route. An inbound route is the external IP address or fully qualified host name to which your inbound email traffic is directed. Note that for each domain transfer request, only the service settings that are active on both the source account and destination account can be transferred.
If you are transferring all domains from the source account, this will require you to terminate the Email Services contract. This will increase the amount of time it will take to complete the transfer.
