Environmental issues such as proxy outages, network interruptions, DNS resolution failures, firewall changes, or proxy authentication problems can disrupt connectivity between VCF Operations and the VMware Business Console.
Engineering is currently working on introducing a new alert capability to monitor the VMware Business Console connection failures.
This enhancement is planned for inclusion in an upcoming release.
