Aria Operations Horizon Adapter Warning: Objects are not receiving data from adapter instance

Issue/Introduction

In Aria Operations, the Horizon Management Pack adapter displays a warning status. The adapter indicates that it is collecting, but reports "no data receiving". You may observe the following errors or alerts:

• "Objects are not receiving data from adapter instance"

• "Adapter instance is not receiving data"

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

To resolve the issue and resume data collection:

1. Log in to the Aria Operations UI.

2. Navigate to the Integrations panel to validate the adapter status.

3. Select the affected Horizon adapter instance.

4. Stop collection on the adapter instance.

5. Start collection on the adapter instance to clear the warning state and resume data flow.
