Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upload an ISO to Lifecycle Manager, the process fails with the error "File name/URL of the depot is not valid or cannot be reached now".

Environment

VCF 9.x

Cause

ISO files are not supported for import.  

Resolution

To resolve this issue, locate and provide the correct file in ZIP format.
