How to change status in Mainframe Application Tuner primary option panel?

Issue/Introduction

Mainframe Application Tuner primary option panel shows status as inactive.

Environment

Z/OS

Cause

Mainframe Application Tuner started task not active.

Resolution

The status is inactive due to the Mainframe Application Tuner's started task not running.

The server started should show the following message on the log:

TN9045I MAT Java server MMMMM started.
TN1010I MAT Server Space START complete < MMMMM >

It may take some time to expand the library during startup. So the primary option menu still shows as inactive.
