Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to add LOG YES syntax to the Fast Load for Db2 for z/OS (PFL) control cards so Db2 log records are written
as a requirement for Db2 replication?

Resolution

PFL is purely a LOG NO utility and will not write Db2 log records. 

LOG NO syntax is supported for compatibility with Db2 Load syntax but LOG YES syntax will return the following: 

LOG YES 
1...5....10...15...20...25...30...35...40...45. 
PUT0092E - Syntax Error on or near location 006 
PFL0118E - Only NO is supported for LOG keyword
