Issue/Introduction

Issue:

An interface down event was triggered on the physical network device, but the event cannot be verified on the content pack dashboard.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations for Logs

Cause

This caused by the tag "product=nxos" not being added to the VIP (Virtual IP).

Resolution

Make sure to add the tag "product=nxos".
