UMA Agent CPU and Memory Metrics Missing

Issue/Introduction

Users may observe that CPU and Memory metrics (usage and % usage) are missing from Universal Monitoring Agent (UMA) agents in specific namespaces while other  namespaces continue to report correctly.

Environment

• Product: DX APM SaaS / DX SaaS
• Component: Universal Monitoring Agent (UMA)
• Deployment: Multi-tenant UMA setup with UMA Admin and UMA Team model.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform a coordinated upgrade of both the UMA Admin and UMA Team components.

1. Upgrade UMA Admin: Upgrade the UMA Admin component for the affected environment/tenant.
2. Upgrade UMA Team: Once the Admin upgrade is successful, upgrade the UMA Team components in the affected namespaces.
3. Verification: Confirm that CPU and Memory metrics are appearing in the AIOps UI for affected namespaces.
