Windows Services (Enhanced) Group profiles fail to sync with error [MCS-143]

Issue/Introduction

 In DX UIM 23.4 CU6 environments, Windows Services (Enhanced) Group profiles may fail to synchronize to a subset of robots. The profiles often remain in a "Pending" state within the Operator Console (OC)

The mon_config_service.log on the primary hub shows the following error:

com.nimsoft.selfservice.exceptions.InvalidProfileException: [MCS-143] Profile name: 'PROFILE_NAME' does not match the profile variable field: 'custom_profilename' value: 'PROFILE_NAME' Windows Services(Enhanced) Group profiles are not synced to all robots.

Environment

• Product: DX Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) 23.4 CU6
• Probe: mon_config_service (MCS) 23.4.6
• Template: ntservices_mcs_template 3.62 or higher

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect in the validation logic of the Monitoring Configuration Service, where the profile name fails to match the expected internal variable during the save/sync process Windows Services(Enhanced) Group profiles are not synced to all robots.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, deploy the attached mon_config_service version 23.4.6.4 to the UIM primary server.

This version includes a fix for the MCS-143 validation error and improves handling for profile synchronization Windows Services(Enhanced) Group profiles are not synced to all robots.
