Issue/Introduction
When attempting to upload VCF binaries to SDDC Manager using the VCF Download Tool, the process fails during the upload phase. The logs indicate that the LCM Product Version Catalog is either unavailable or unreadable.
Symptoms:
The upload process terminates with an exception.
Exception LCM Product Version Catalog file /nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount/<REDACTED_FILEPATH>/metadata/productVersionCatalog/v1/productVersionCatalog.json is either not available or cannot be read by LCM due to insufficient permissions. vcf_lcm user must have read access product version catalog and corresponding signature file.

Cause
A case-sensitivity mismatch may exist between the literal directory path on the NFS mount and the path string provided in the VCF Download Tool upload command.
Resolution
Verify the exact, literal path of the repository on the NFS mount using the ls command.
Confirm that the vcf_lcm user has the required read permissions for the productVersionCatalog.json and the corresponding signature file within that path
