Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When trying to login to the VCF Automation portal "no healthy upstream" error may be shown.
• The VCFA console shows /dev/sdb partition full or nearly full when running command "df -h".
• Increasing the disk using Fleet Manager is failing with error "LCMVMSP100035".

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.x

Cause

The disk size for the Postgres DB for medium environment was configured with 30GB. The same disk contains the S3 WAL Bucket that stores all the DB changes and it is kept for 24h.
