Context menu disappears during process or workflow monitor refresh

Issue/Introduction
When using the Workflow Monitor in Automic Web Interface (AWI) version 24, users observe that the right-click context menu for tasks disappears whenever the auto-refresh interval elapses. This behavior differs from version 21, where the context menu remained open regardless of the refresh cycle.

Cause
This is caused by a defect - DE194485
Resolution
This issue has been identified as a defect (DE194485). A fix is being implemented to ensure that the auto-refresh is paused when a context menu is opened, or that the menu remains visible during the refresh cycle.
This will be fixed in a future release of version 24 and 26. Please subscribe to this article for udpates.
Workaround: If you are unable to upgrade immediately, you can prevent the menu from collapsing by temporarily disabling the auto-refresh feature in the Process Monitoring toolbar while performing manual operations in the Workflow Monitor or going to your user Settings and increasing the Refresh Intervals under Process Monitoring:
