SRM site is not visible post adding the Automation Orchestrator plug-in for VMware Live Site Recovery in VMware Aria Automation

Issue/Introduction

When you attempt to integrate VMware Live Site Recovery (SRM) with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator using the VMware Cloud Foundation Operations orchestrator Plug-In for VMware Live Site Recovery 9.0.2 , the "Add SRM Site" workflow executes successfully. However, the workflow fails to populate or register the SRM site within the VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator inventory.

Environment

• VMware Aria Automation: 8.18.x
• VMware Live Site Recovery (LSR): 9.0.2
• Orchestrator Plug-in for VMware Live Site Recovery: 9.0.2

Cause

This is a known issue when using the VMware-srm-vroplugin-9.0.2-24837754 plug-in version.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the provided hot patch:

1. Download the attached hot patch (VMware-srm-vroplugin-9.0.2-25292365) from this article.

2. Follow the instructions outlined in the official "Install an Automation Orchestrator plug-in" documentation to install the hot patch.
