Issue/Introduction
If you receive error "Sorry, we cannot log you in at this time" you may be impacted by a known issue.
Resolution
This issue does have a few root causes:
Profile already exists within a tenant under CloudHealth - Please log a ticket and request that CloudHealth Support confirm if a user record already exists, and provide permission to remove this user also.
User's Single Sign On assertion doesn't include a name, or email attribute. Please provide a SAML trace by following - How to gather a SAML trace
CloudHealth Support can then validate if the assertion includes the required attributes.
