Workload Appliance disconnects Every 24 Hours Even After being Re-registered

Issue/Introduction

The workload appliance will connect to VCenter but will become disconnected after a period of time and need credentials re-entered

Environment

• Workload Appliance: 1.3.2
• VMware VCenter: All Supported Versions

Cause

This can happen if there is a cert issue in VCenter

Resolution

• Fix the certificate issue in VCenter
• Contact VMware Support for additional assistance
