Custom Jaspersoft Reports do not work after Jaspersoft upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After Jaspersoft upgrade, OOTB reports are working, and custom reports do not, they just spin and never complete

Environment

All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

Run the commands:

• admin update jasperParameters
•  admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password superuser 

If this doesn't help,  open your custom reports in Jaspersoft Studio and republish them from there
