Issue/Introduction
After upgrade, in CSA you see
- System Error Contact system administrator
- Missing host attribute
Environment
Any Supported Clarity Releases
Resolution
- Open your hosts.xml file and compare the entry to your servername
- If you have "host id" that doesn't match, you should replace it.
- Example:
- <host id="example.com" address="example.com">
- Restart all services
- Ensure you access CSA with a new browser URL and no bookmarks
