Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade, in CSA you see

  • System Error Contact system administrator
  • Missing host attribute 

Environment

Any Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

  1. Open your hosts.xml file and compare the entry to your servername
  2. If you have "host id" that doesn't match, you should replace it.
    • Example:
    •   <host id="example.com" address="example.com">
  3. Restart all services
  4. Ensure you access CSA with a new browser URL and no bookmarks
