Failing to ingest SecOps vman content packages

Issue/Introduction

When trying to install the vman content the following error is seen:

Cause

The command that was being called is vman_ingest not just ingest

Resolution

sudo -u raas /opt/saltstack/raas/bin/raas -l debug vman_ingest vman_<version name>.tar.gz.e2
