Issue/Introduction
- Goal is to limit the amount of traffic a Virtual Machine (VM) can have, both Egress (outbound/upload) and Ingress (inbound/download).
- The VM is on a Distributed Virtual Switch (VDS).
- Traffic can be limited per port or portgroup.
