Issue/Introduction

When performing a File Transfer from an AS400 agent to a Windows agent using wildcards, the destination files are generated without their filenames. Instead of a complete filename, only the file extension (e.g., .txt) is created on the destination server.

Environment

 

  • Automation Engine: v24.x

  • AS400 Agent: v24.x

  • Windows Agent: v24.x

 

Cause

This behavior is caused by a known product defect, identified as DE184071.

 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the AS400 Agent version 24.4.5.
