IG FTP Agents show incorrect Software and Hardware version in Automic Web Interface (AWI)

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading or deploying Integrated (IG) FTP agents, the Administration > Agents view in the Automic Web Interface (AWI) displays incorrect or inconsistent version.

 

 

Environment

Automation Engine: 24.4.3
IG FTP Agent: version 24.1.3

Cause

DE189603

A problem was solved, whereby after upgrading an RA agent (e.g. RA FTP) to an IG agent (e.g. IG FTP) the software version and hardware fields did not get updated.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
