Issue/Introduction

• When accessing the list of storage policies for tenants it is very slow to load and might take 20-30 seconds to load each page.
• The runtime of adminOrgVdcStorageProfile query might take 20-30 seconds.Due to this latency, third-party Virtual Machine backup & restore solutions on vCloud Director could fail.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1 

Cause

This issue can occur due to postgres scanning behavior in the database.
