Oracle probe 5.60 Test Connection fails with 'Create OCI environment failed with rc = -1'

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use the Test Connection feature in the oracle probe version 5.60, the operation fails with the following error message:

Create OCI environment failed with rc = -1

Environment

Oracle Probe Version: 5.60

Resolution

1. Download the attached oracle probe (oracle-5.60-T1) 
2. Import the zip file into the UIM local archive via Infrastructure Manager or Admin Console.
3. Deploy the probe to the robot(s) experiencing the error.
4. Verify Connection:
   • Open the oracle probe configuration.
   • Navigate to the connection profile.
   • Click Test Connection.
   • The connection should now return a success message.
