Node View Status Incorrectly Displays as "Not Connected"

Issue/Introduction

You observe that the Node View status incorrectly displays as "Not Connected" within the Node View List screen. This occurs even when the underlying nodes are fully connected and reachable. You verify that the standard Node List screen correctly shows the node status as "Connected."

This behavior typically presents when you have `ADVANCED_DEFAULT_NV_ROLES_MANAGEMENT` set to `Y` on your UVMS, causing automatically created Node Views to reflect an inaccurate connection state.

Univiewer Management Server 7.01.14

Cause

This issue is caused by a software defect (DE185698). The Node View List service does not correctly resolve the connection status through the in-memory cache during the item conversion process, leading to an incorrect "Not Connected" status being reported in the user interface.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
