Issue/Introduction

In VCF Automation 9.x, Day-2 operations on deployments using on-demand load balancers may unexpectedly recreates the load balancer during execution. This issue occurs due to an inconsistency in the internal database mapping between the load balancer resource and the associated compute network resource.

Environment

VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

The issue occurs when the load_balancer_description.network_name field in the VCF Automation database does not correctly reference the associated compute network object.
