When a linked vCenter group is recreated from VCF Ops using the same vCenter instances which has been deleted previously, the linked VCs may fail to appear in the vSphere Client UI
The vSphere UI service fails to dynamically refresh the linking configuration after a group is deleted and recreated with identical members in VCF Operations.
Restart the vsphere-ui service on all affected vCenter Server instances to force a refresh of the inventory and linking state.
Connect to the vCenter Server Appliance via SSH.
Restart the vSphere UI service: service-control --restart vsphere-ui
Repeat for all vCenter instances in the group and re-verify visibility in the vSphere Client.
